IN NO EVENT SHALL BREVARO’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
